REGISTRATION FEE AND FINANCIAL BALANCE POLICY
A non-refundable registration fee of $500 is extracted from the first payment of the trip. If the trip is paid for in either 2 or 4 installments the final payment is due January 8th, 2016.
*In the event that final balance is not received as of January 8th, 2016 a $25 per day late fee will be added to the final balance starting January 9th, 2016 and everyday thereafter until final balance plus late fees are received in full.

CANCELATION POLICY
All monies beyond the non-refundable registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is made 61 or more days prior to scheduled departure. No credit or refund is available if cancelled less than 60 days in advance or on the departure day, or if you do not show up, or leave early for any reason. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which may cover your cancellation penalties in some situations. We must receive the cancellation request in writing.
CONFIRMATION
Once we receive the first payment we will confirm your availability within 1-2 business days through a confirmation email. For us to confirm the travel arrangements and accommodations for you and the entire group you must provide all requested details & information and fulfill the final payment in a timely manner.
PASSPORT AND VISA
As a foreign traveler, you must obtain a visa before arriving in India and make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months before your planned date of return. FLEXIBILITY
The itinerary provided is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the itineraries, and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances, weather or events out of our control. Furthermore, all well being activities are done at the sole discretion of the instructors and follows their individual style. Certain circumstances may not allow for all sessions as outlined in the Itinerary. All travelers should familiarize themselves with their instructor’s style and background as listed in the Teacher section.
LIMITS OF RESPONSABILITY
Kundalini Yoga Miami purchases transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant services and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Kundalini Yoga Miami cannot, therefore, be liable for any damage which may occur due to any act or omission of such a supplier, or defects in failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other means of transportation that is not under its control. Kundalini Yoga Miami shall not be liable to the clients for any loss or damage to any luggage or other injury or illness suffered by the client .
CANCELATION BY KUNDALINI YOGA MIAMI
We reserve the right to cancel any pre-scheduled group tour with at least 30 days notice prior to the scheduled start date. In this event, you will be given a complete refund. However, we are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of cancellation. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which may cover your cancellation penalties in some situations.
PHOTOS AND MARKETING
You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use these images.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
ASHRAM ACCOMODATION
There is no guarantee of room preference (Ganga Darshan, Yamuna or Garden View) at any point.
Single accomodation not available in the Ashram.
